Under the Data Protection Act 1998, the Trust has a legal duty to protect the information we collect from you. The Trust takes its duties under the Data Protection Act 1998 very seriously, and has implemented a number of processes and procedures to ensure full compliance. We use leading technologies and encryption software to safeguard your data, and keep strict security standards to prevent any un authorised access to it.
